Edible bees

A unique dish inspired by Ukrainian traditions of using bee sub-pestilence in tinctures, liqueurs, and healing practices. We created a small starter from edible bees, paired with hot pepper, honey, and two sauces. The taste is subtle, but the texture offers a completely new gastronomic experience through a truly local ingredient.
