Invasive plants

Description:

On October 30, the restaurant “100 Rokiv Tomu Vpered” will welcome alien plants — guests from distant lands that have taken root among our fields and gardens.

At the dinner, Oleksii Kovalenko — scientist, plant researcher, and author of the channel “Dovkolabotanika” and the page “Botanist in Sneakers” — will tell us more about these plants. Our chef, Yevhen Klopotenko, will prepare 7 unique dishes made from non-native plant species.

Each dish will also be paired with carefully selected Ukrainian wines and a cocktail created by our bartending team.

This dinner is about encounters. An encounter of culture and nature, the new and the familiar, taste and history.
