What if mushrooms are the most mysterious ingredient in Ukrainian cuisine?
For the first time, researchers of Ukrainian gastronomic heritage are bringing together these reflections around the world of mushrooms.
On March 19 at the restaurant «100 Years Ahead», we will present 7 dishes by chef Yevhen Klopotenko, paired with stories about mushroom research by Volodymyr Sobol.
The dinner will be accompanied by a selection of fine Ukrainian wines, carefully prepared by our bar team.
