Ribs Cooked in Wood Oven

Vereshchaka is both the name of a traditional Ukrainian dish and a historic cooking technique, where meat is stewed in kvass. We adapted this method to create the juiciest pork ribs, slow-cooked in a wood-fired oven for a rich and authentic flavor.
