Three kitchen chefs and our guests — all together see you at dinner in our restaurant on February 28. Since the summer, we harvested everything on the farm: juicy, crisp and brightly flavored. Our beloved — the chef of our restaurant Ilya Kunty and the main fermenter Olya Kharchenko, and with the chef Ievgen Klopotenko — will prepared six and a half dishes for dinner. Olya fermented the crop, now our tominambur and beets taste completely new. We are very impressed! We want to gather guests for dinner to share these emotions. From the taste, ideas of three chefs and the work of a large team throughout the year: from grains and fresh chornozem after a thunderstorm to dishes on the table.
