Quince, pycnytsya, nuts
In the Carpathian region, they found an old technique for cooking meat, which is called "pycnytsya". According to tradition, residents of this region prepared it with the whole family, adding as much garlic and hot pepper as possible to make the dish very spicy. We combined this local product with the quinces that have grown so well on our farm this year, shovdar, nuts and a creamy sauce.
