The combination of beetroot and mackerel is familiar to Ukrainians. We decided to add a little twist to this good old combination – sliced smoked pear. This is a unique spice that exists only in Ukraine. We hope that someday smoked pear will be on the same level as truffles, and the whole world will know about it.
