A long time ago, chicken or poultry meat was not often eaten all the time, this was dictated by the fact that domestic animals were expensive to keep anyway, so they had the maximum benefit, of course, that chickens were kept more for eggs than just to eat . We didn't want to serve the chicken in its more or less familiar interpretation, so we prepared it in the form of rolls, which allows it to be very juicy, supplemented the dish with mashed potatoes from baked apple, potatoes, smoked cheese and apple-based sauce.
