In our opinion, kulish is one of the main Ukrainian dishes. Unfortunately, people don't usually know tasty ways how to cook it. We refrained from the traditional recipe, but provided the new one, improving the taste. This is the perfect garnish for the most delicious trout from the Carpathian mountains.
